I felt the baby today!!! Or did I......

So this morning at 6 am as I was diligently reading my bible....okay, I was actually watching The Bachelor, but one can pretend(honestly what kind of dork gets up at 6 am to watch the DVR'd Bachelor), I felt a little flutter in my tummy.

Now, last week I thought I felt something too, but the more I thought about it and felt it I realized it was probably just dinner and wishful thinking, ha ha. Now this today was entirely different, very small and tiny, but different. It happened about 3 times while watching....."reading my bible". So I wasn't (aren't) really sure, but I think it was the baby. Then this afternoon while I was reading my bible (okay, this time it was The Gilmore Girls reruns) I felt it again a couple of times. So, I'm pretty sure this tiny little weird flutter is baby Gruwell (who obviously has awesome taste in TV) and I'm ssssooooo excited.

I can't wait until he ( I don't want to call him it, we don't know if it's he/she yet) starts moving all of the time. And I really can't wait until he's moving enough, and big enough for Ryan to feel. He was so excited too, and I could tell he wanted to be a part of it, but he's way to small for him to feel yet. Yay, what a great day.

God,
Thank you for the miracle of life. The longer I'm pregant the more real it becomes, and the more life amazes me. You created such amazing beings, and amazing processes, I am truly in awe of your creation. Thank You for allowing me to be a part of it.

Oh my word, you are so funny! Isn't that first time you feel the baby move absolutely, hands down magical?! And it won't be long now before Ryan can feel it too. Before you know it, you'll be able to distinguish feet and elbows and you'll wonder how in the world a human can possibly move SO much! It's truly one of the greatest things in the world and we women are so very blessed to be able to experience it! And your belly looks so cute! Sad to say, that's about what mine looks like now after having my boys so close in age and not ever totally losing all the baby weight. Oh, it's slightly humiliating, but oh well, it is what it is! :) Yay, it's so fun, can't wait to hear if it's a boy or girl!
