"they grow up so fast..."

I've gotten lots of advice from lots of people since we've had Norah. There has only been one piece of advice that is consistent, "Enjoy them now, because they grow up so fast!" I've always smiled and said "okay!" when I've heard this, but deep down I was thinking, I do enjoy it, but there is no way that sleepless nights and zombie like days go by fast.

But I feel like I'm starting to understand it a little bit better. ( And I'm sure you are smiling because you think, Norah is only 10 weeks, Bri you'll be amazed at how fast things continue to go.)

I feel this way because I got to meet our friends Nick and Stacey's little baby boy Jace this weekend.He weighs 7lbs, about the same that Norah weighed, and I couldn't believe how tiny he was, I feel like I already forgot how small Norah was. It's amazing that she's grown that much! I weighed her this morning and she weighed just over 12lbs. I guess being with her so much, I don't notice how much she is growing.

She is also spending less time sleeping, less time liking to be held in the cradle position, and less time eating. All of these things going by so quickly remind me to cherish every stinkin' moment with her! I love her so much!!!
